Shanxi: Deepen the Reform of Coal Management System Commendation: Starting from 2014, various fees for coal enterprises were substantially canceled, and 1,487 coal-tar road inspection sites were all canceled, alleviating the burdens of coal enterprises by 42.2 billion yuan. On November 27, 2014, Shanxi Province officially launched the reform of the coal-tarred highway distribution system and abolished 21 administrative authorization documents for the management of the coal-tarred highway transportation and sales. Nine kinds of coal-tarred transportation and distribution bills were all canceled.
