劳动定员管理是企业人力资源管理工作中一项基础而又至关重要的工作,是企业优化劳动组织、合理配备人员的重要基础,是合理制定薪酬分配政策的重要依据。无论是否新企业,要想在激烈的市场竞争中要发展壮大自己,就必须通过科学合理的劳动定员,充分调动全体员工的积极性、主动性、创造性,激发工作热情,实现劳动者、劳动资料和劳动对象的高效结合,才能全面提高劳动生产率,达到人力资源的最佳利用效果。
The workforce management is a basic and vital task in the enterprise’s human resource management work. It is an important basis for the company to optimize the labor organization and rational staffing, and is an important basis for the rational formulation of the pay distribution policy.
