一、前言渗硼是化学热处理方法之一。它不仅可以赋予钢铁零件表面极高的硬度和耐磨性,而且还为用碳钢或低合金钢代替高合金钢制造一些工模具提供了可能。因此,渗硼工艺受到越来越多的热处理工作者的重视。我们根据货源和实际条件,参考了国内有关液体渗硼和固体渗硼的资料,采用了液体渗硼廉价的硼砂为原料及固体渗硼加活化剂的方法,利用简单的设备,在较低的温度下实现了渗硼,并用于生产。
I. Introduction Boring is one of the chemical heat treatment methods. It not only gives the surface of steel parts extremely high hardness and wear resistance, but also for the use of carbon steel or low alloy steel instead of high alloy steel to create some molds possible. Therefore, boronizing process by more and more heat treatment workers attention. According to the sources and the actual conditions, we refer to the domestic data on liquid boriding and solid boriding. We use the method of liquid boronizing low-cost borax as raw material and solid boriding and activating agent. By using simple equipment, Boronizing is achieved at a temperature and is used for production.
