随着网络技术的进步,我国传统媒体也纷纷拓展第四媒体。网络作品作为基石,不断提高第四媒体的冲击力。由此带来的权利保护问题也日益受到人们关注。本文对网络作品的特点、侵权类型、保护方式进行阐述,通过文义解释、分析实证、对比论证等方法对网络作品的作者的著作权、法律保护及理论与实务问题进行论述,以期探讨网络作品有别于传统作品的独特之处,进而加强对网络作品著作权的保护。
