在1115例可疑和确诊冠心病患者的活动平板运动试验中检出室上性期前收缩215例(19.3％)。参照1980年第一届内科学术会议心血管专业组建议的诊断标准分为两组。可疑冠心病组112例,男62例,女50例,年龄30～69岁(平均46.2岁)。正常组100例,男52例,女48例,年龄32～57岁(平均45.4岁)。按Bruce方案进行运动试验,取V_1、aVF、V_5导联连
215 cases (19.3%) of supraventricular seizures were detected during the treadmill exercise test in 1115 suspicious and diagnosed CHD patients. With reference to the diagnostic criteria recommended by the cardiovascular professional group of the first medical academic conference in 1980, the patients were divided into two groups. 112 cases of suspected coronary heart disease group, 62 males and 50 females, aged 30 to 69 years (mean 46.2 years).
