目前由亲肾毒物引起的中毒性急性肾功衰竭死亡率高达25～65%。为加深对本病的认识,提高诊治水平,现将我所收治的7例中毒性急性肾功衰竭病例做一临床资料分析,并附2例尸检资料。
Currently poisoning acute renal failure caused by the pro-kidney poisoning mortality rate as high as 25 to 65%. To deepen the understanding of the disease and improve the diagnosis and treatment, now I have received seven cases of acute renal failure patients to do a clinical data analysis, with 2 cases of autopsy data.
