文章运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法对河南高校中青年体育教师职业倦怠现状进行分析,认为高校中青年体育教师的职业倦怠程度整体上并不严重,高校中青年体育教师在工作压力、心理健康、生理健康等方面存在的个体差异较大;其次是情绪衰竭方面,工作怠慢方面。影响高校中青年教师职业倦怠的社会因素主要有发展机会、绩效评定、工作量大等,个人因素主要有不能客观地认识自我、对自身角色认识不清等。并对高校中青年体育教师消除、预防职业的倦怠消极,保持健康和良好的心理状态,更好地为高校校体育教育服务。
The article analyzes the status quo of middle-aged and young PE teachers’ burnout in Henan colleges and universities using the methods of literature, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. It considers that the level of burnout is not serious in middle-aged and young PE teachers in colleges and universities. The middle-aged and young PE teachers There were significant differences in work stress, mental health and physical health among the individuals, followed by emotional exhaustion and neglect of work. The main social factors affecting the job burnout of young and middle-aged teachers in colleges and universities are their opportunities for development, performance appraisal, heavy workload and so on. The main personal factors are not objective understanding of oneself, unclear understanding of one’s own role, and so on. And the elimination of young and middle-aged PE teachers in universities, prevention of job burnout negative, maintain a healthy and good state of mind, and better service for college physical education.
