培养学生核心素养是教育教学的关键任务。本文指出学校公共文化再造与学生核心素养培养是相互融合、相互统一与相互促进的关系,学校公共文化再造以学生核心素养培养为指导原则和目标。通过研究两者间的相互关系,不断完善学校公共文化,促进学生核心素养培养目标的实现,并建构可持续发展的学校公共文化,有效提升学校的核心竞争力。
To cultivate students’ core literacy is the key task of education and teaching. This paper points out that the rebuilding of school culture and the cultivation of students ’core literacy are the relations of mutual integration, mutual reunification and mutual promotion. The rebuilding of school public culture relies on the cultivation of students’ core literacy as the guiding principle and goal. By studying the relationship between the two, we should constantly improve the school’s public culture, promote the achievement of students’ core literacy training objectives and establish a sustainable school public culture so as to effectively enhance the school’s core competitiveness.
