目的评价立体视镜在脑血管造影中的临床应用价值。方法使用GE9800数字减影血管造影系统,对12例蛛网膜下腔出血病例进行旋转脑血管造影。并用自制的立体视镜进行观察。结果12例患者脑血管旋转造影均避开了血管的重叠,配合自制立体视镜多方位的观察,9例动脉瘤清晰地显示出相关血管的来源和走行,全部达到诊断要求。6例行脑动脉瘤外科手术,达到满意的效果。结论对脑动脉瘤应用旋转血管造影能够获得三维动态图像,并能够确定动脉瘤的最佳方位。配合立体视镜,为手术治疗计划提供了可靠的依据。
Objective To evaluate the clinical value of stereoscope in cerebral angiography. Methods GE9800 digital subtraction angiography system, 12 cases of subarachnoid hemorrhage cases of rotary cerebral angiography. And use homemade stereoscope to observe. Results Cerebral angiography in 12 patients avoided the overlap of blood vessels. With multidirectional observation of self-made stereoscope, 9 cases of aneurysm clearly showed the origin and movement of related blood vessels, all of which met the diagnostic criteria. 6 cases of cerebral aneurysm surgery, to achieve satisfactory results. Conclusion The application of rotational angiography in cerebral aneurysms can acquire three-dimensional dynamic images and determine the best orientation of aneurysms. With stereoscope, surgical treatment plan provides a reliable basis.
