本文通过对熟料净溶低的现象进行了深入细致的调查、分析和研究,结合作者本人的工作实际经验,提出提高熟料净溶出率的主要对策与措施:稳定熟料配方,提高熟料A/S;控制正烧结熟料是保证后序指标合格的必要条件;控制合适的固定碳加入量有利于熟料净溶指标的稳定和提高;控制适宜的熟料溶出及赤泥分离、洗涤系统温度。
Based on the author’s own practical experience, this paper puts forward the main countermeasures and measures to improve the net dissolution rate of clinker: to stabilize the clinker formula and improve the clinker A / S; controlling the positive sintering clinker is the necessary condition to ensure the success of the subsequent index; controlling the amount of fixed carbon added is favorable for the stability and improvement of the clinker net solubility index; controlling the appropriate clinker dissolution and red mud separation and washing System temperature.
