报道用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)对上海信谊制药厂生产的治疗心血管疾病的盐酸地尔硫(DTZ)片剂与日本产的DTZ片剂作了正常人口服后的生物利用度对照比较,结果表明:两种片剂的生物利用度相同(国产片为进口片的98.2％)。
