[目的]探讨PPARγ在乳腺癌中的表达及其预后意义。[方法]免疫组织化学方法检测某院40例乳腺癌组织中PPARγ的表达情况,结合随访资料分析。[结果]乳腺癌组织PPARγ阳性表达率强于非癌组织,主要位于胞核中。患者乳腺组织PPARγ强阳性表达的平均光密度值(9.18±1.21)和5年生存率91%明显高于PPARγ乳腺组织弱阳性表达的平均光密度值(3.69±0.83)及其5年生存率42%。[结论]PPARγ在乳腺癌组织中高表达,其表达水平与乳腺癌预后正相关,可作为新的乳腺癌预后指标用于临床。
[Objective] To investigate the expression of PPARγ in breast cancer and its prognostic significance. [Method] The immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of PPARγ in 40 cases of breast cancer in a hospital. The data of follow-up were analyzed. [Results] The positive rate of PPARγ expression in breast cancer tissues was stronger than that in non-cancer tissues, mainly in the nucleus. The mean optical density (9.18 ± 1.21) and 5-year survival rate (91%) of strong positive PPARγ expression in breast tissues of patients were significantly higher than that of weak positive expression (3.69 ± 0.83) of PPARγ breast tissues and their 5-year survival rates were 42 %. [Conclusion] PPARγ is overexpressed in breast cancer tissues. The expression of PPARγ is positively correlated with the prognosis of breast cancer and may be used as a new prognostic indicator in breast cancer.
