精确的定量灌装是工业生产中广泛遇到的问题之一,特别是粘度较大并且粘度随温度变化的液体,要想快速、精确地灌装是十分困难的。目前,国内外常用流量计来控制灌装,其精确度在O.5%左右。为此,我们研制了“微机灌装控制系统”。实现了快速灌装,精确定量,使灌装精确度达到0.1%以上。根据现场和用户的要求,我们采用称重测控的方法,测量元件用高精度压力传感器,执行机构用二位式电磁阀,微机通过压力传感器测得秤台上桶的重量,经过去皮处理、自校正控制运算和PID控制运算处理,得出关阀的设定值。当桶内液体重量达到设定值时,微机发出关断信号关闭
