中小学校长队伍素质的高低,直接关系着实施素质教育的成败,关系着教育事业改革发展的成败。为了提高中小学校长队伍的整体素质,构建以改革创新为动力,深化教育改革,全面推进素质教育服务为目标;分层次、多形式、重实效、充满活力的培训课程模式;以健全培训制度、提高培训质量和提高中小学校长队伍整体素质的中小学校长培训理念新体系。本文依据终身学习的理念、以学习者为中心的理念、注重素质和能力提高的理念等基本观点,就中小学校长培训理念进行了初步探讨。
