华侨城位于深圳市区和蛇口工业区之间的深圳湾地带,占地4.4平方公里。该区海岸曲折地势起伏,风景优美,气候宜人。我国已经在此建设华侨城,以优惠条件接受华侨投资,开办工商企业、旅游业、学校、开发第三产业。华侨城是吸引侨资、引进技术、引进人才的窗口,也是政策的窗口。 1984年底华侨企业公司邀请建筑设计投标。我们的碧波宾馆及商场建筑群设计方案有幸被选中。在该方案中我们力求结合深圳湾地区海滨多变化的地形特点,采用柔和的曲线构图形式,以圆形、弧形作为母体,有机地构成建筑群。建筑为人所用,充分考虑对人的关怀,根据旅客和顾客不同的心理状况,布置宾馆和商场空间,探求新颖的建筑造型。
OCT is located in Shenzhen Bay between Shenzhen and Shekou Industrial Zone, covering an area of 4.4 square kilometers. The area is full of undulating terrain, beautiful scenery and a pleasant climate. China has built an OCT city here to accept overseas Chinese investment on preferential terms, and to start industrial and commercial enterprises, tourism, schools, and develop tertiary industries. OCT is a window for attracting overseas Chinese capital, introducing technology, and introducing talents. It is also a window for policy. At the end of 1984, overseas Chinese companies invited tenders for architectural design. Our Blue Wave Hotel and Mall Complex has been selected for design. In this program, we strive to combine the varied topographic features of the coastal waters of the Shenzhen Bay area and use a soft curved composition to form a building group with a circular or arc shape as a parent. The building is used by people. It fully considers the concern for people. According to the different psychological conditions of the passengers and customers, it arranges the space of hotels and shopping malls to explore novel architectural shapes.
