随着科技水平的不断发展,人佣对镀锌制件的要求愈来愈高。实际生产中由于条件所限,往往在操作时难免会出现局部镀层不合要求,或者在搬运中锌层被擦伤脱落,以及某些制件因局部焊接而烧损锌层,而影响整个质量。我们曾力图采用局部焊锡、加厚油漆层等方法来弥补,但这些方法不但成本高,而且手续繁复,常影响施工周期。为此我们经过多次试验,成功地改用无槽电解法的局部修复镀锌来弥补上进缺陷。人所共知,电解法镀锌就是将制件安置于预先配
With the constant development of science and technology, the requirements of domestic helpers for galvanized parts are getting higher and higher. Due to the limited conditions in actual production, it is unavoidable that partial coating will be inevitable in operation, or the zinc coating will be scraped off during handling and some parts will burn out the zinc coating due to partial welding, which will affect the whole quality. We have tried to make up for this by using partial soldering and thickening paint layers. However, these methods are not only costly but also complicated, often affecting the construction cycle.
