本实验利用火箭免疫电泳(RIE)检测补体C3活化的方法,通过小鼠的体外及体内试验,发现亚硒酸钠(Na_2SeO_3)对小鼠C3在不同活化剂活化的情况下有不同程度的抑制现象。其中对Inulin引起的活化的抑制最为明显,体外和体内实验组与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。而小鼠凝聚IgG引起活化的抑制则弱,实验组与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05)。说明亚硒酸钠对于补体系统活化的旁路途径有一定的抑制作用。
In this study, we used rocket immunoelectrophoresis (RIE) to detect the activation of complement C3. In vitro and in vivo experiments in mice, we found that sodium selenite (Na2SeO_3) inhibited the activation of C3 in mice with different activators phenomenon. Among them, the inhibition of activation induced by Inulin was the most obvious. There was significant difference between experimental group and control group in vitro and in vivo (P <0.05). However, there was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group (P> 0.05). Description of sodium selenite for complement activation of the bypass pathway has some inhibitory effect.
