一唐代過所的研究,以礪波護《唐代の過所と公驗》〔1〕、程喜霖《唐代過所研究》〔2〕最爲集中。《天聖令》發現以後,孟彦弘〔3〕、李全德〔4〕的研究可謂更上一層,圍繞令條以及釋解,對過所申請勘驗的過程細節予以進一步探索。近來在讀書班讀《關市令》時,筆者曾經就其中宋2、宋3、宋6條中相關聯的問題一併提出討論並作推論,以抛磚引玉。《關市令》宋2、宋3、宋6均涉及過所的勘過,先移録如下:宋2條:
