目的:研究豚鼠脑干听觉中枢及内侧膝状体(?)受体β亚单位的分布.方法:采用兔抗GABA_A受体β亚单位血清和免疫组织化学ABC法及葡萄糖氧化酶-DAB-镍成色技术.结果:在豚鼠耳蜗核、上橄榄复合体、下丘及内侧膝状体诸核团,均有GABA_A受体β亚单位阳性结构的分布.在耳蜗前腹核可见较多的GABA_A受体β亚单位阳性神经元及纤维,阳性神经元的胞体较大,多呈圆形或椭圆形,直径约30μm~50μm,阳性产物主要位于胞膜及近体树突.耳蜗背侧核阳性神经元的数量较少.上橄榄外侧核GAB_A受体β亚单位阳性神经元较多且密集,多呈小圆形,直径约16μm~25μm.下丘中央核也可见直径16μm左右的GABA_A受体β亚单位阳性的小圆形神经元,数量较少.内侧膝状体未见GABA_A受体β亚单位阳性的神经元,而阳性纤维密集.结论;在豚鼠脑干听觉中枢及内侧膝状体,有GABA_A受体β亚单位阳性神经元及纤维广泛分布,GABA在调节听觉信号传入的过程中,可能具有重要的作用.
Objective: To study the distribution of β subunit of brainstem auditory nerve center and medial geniculate body of guinea pig.Methods: Rabbit anti-GABA_A receptor beta subunit serum and immunohistochemical ABC method and glucose oxidase-DAB-nickel Colorimetric technique.Results: The distribution of GABA_A receptor β subunit positive structure in guinea pig cochlear nucleus, superior olivary complex, inferior colliculus and medial geniculate nucleus all had positive GABA_A receptor Body β subunit positive neurons and fibers, positive neurons large cell body, mostly round or oval, diameter of about 30μm ~ 50μm, positive products mainly in the membrane and proximal dendrites. The number of GABA_A receptor β in the lateral nucleus of Gallium olivoptara was more and more dense than that of GABA_A receptor β with a diameter of about 16μm ~ 25μm. Subunits positive small round neurons, the number is less .Normal medial geniculate body GABA_A receptor β subunit positive neurons, and positive fibers dense.Conclusion; Guinea pig brainsal auditory center and the medial geniculate body, GABA_A receptor β subunit positive neurons and fibers wide range Distribution, GABA may play an important role in regulating auditory signal transmission.
