随着流量的快速增长,本应获得丰厚利润的运营商却在承受巨大网络压力的同时面临增量不增收的尴尬处境。运营商为了激发用户使用流量,采用了较为激进的营销手段,其中最典型的就是不限流量套餐。这些手段在成功培养用户流量使用习惯的同时,也极大地占用了网络资源,运营商增量不增收。这些营销手段的背后,是运营商对流量经营的认识不足造成的。运营商仍将流量看做是未来的利润增长点,殊不知现在已是流量经营的关键时期。本文将从资费设计入手,对国内三大运营商流量经营提出自己的优化建议。
