目的:探讨超声生物显微镜(biomicroscopy,UBM)诊断前段玻璃体视网膜疾病。方法:用UBM检查58例60只眼,并与临床检查、B型超声波检查及手术中观察结合起来,综合评价UBM单项检查的客观性。结果:UBM能良好地显示从角膜到赤道部的眼前段结构,发现视网膜脱离42例43只眼、视网膜环形收缩29例29只眼、视网膜前移位24例24只眼、玻璃体混浊或机化55例57只眼、睫状体或脉络膜脱离26例26只眼、睫状体上皮脱离5例6只眼、巩膜穿刺孔处增殖9例9只眼、视网膜肿瘤2例2只眼、睫状体囊肿5例6只眼、硅油周增殖8例8只眼和硅油乳化7例7只眼、玻璃体异物2例2只眼。结论:UBM可用于前段玻璃体视网膜疾病的诊断和鉴别诊断,并对治疗起指导作用。眼科学报1997;13:192—196。
Objective: To investigate the diagnosis of anterior vitreoretinal disease by biomicroscopy (UBM). Methods: Fifty-eight cases (60 eyes) were examined by UBM, and combined with clinical examination, B-mode ultrasonography and intraoperative observation to evaluate the objectivity of UBM single examination. Results: UBM could well show the anterior segment structure from the cornea to the equator. It was found that retinal detachment in 42 cases (43 eyes), retinal annular contraction in 29 eyes (29 eyes) and retina in 24 eyes (24 eyes), vitreous opacification or mechanization 55 eyes (57 eyes), ciliary body or choroidal detachment in 26 eyes (26 eyes), ciliary body epithelium detachment in 5 eyes (6 eyes), scleral puncture (9 eyes in 9 eyes), retinal tumor in 2 eyes (2 eyes), ciliary body 5 cases of somatic cysts in 6 eyes, 8 cases of silicone oil in 8 weeks and 7 cases of silicone oil emulsion in 7 eyes, 2 cases of vitreous foreign body in 2 eyes. Conclusion: UBM can be used in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of anterior vitreoretinal diseases, and play a guiding role in the treatment. Journal of Ophthalmology 1997; 13: 192-196.
