患者,男性,85岁。发现右侧乳房无痛性肿块10年,当时鸽蛋大小,活动度好,于5年前曾在当地卫生院行右乳肿块局部切除术,术后未作病理检查。不久又出现右侧乳房肿块并逐渐增大,约鸡蛋大小,稍感疼痛,无发热、胸痛及咳嗽等症状,直到今年的1月26日到我院就诊。体检发现,右侧乳房外上限触及一约10cm×5cm肿块,活动度差,乳头湿疹样变,腋窝无淋巴结肿大。实验室检查:血常规及肝功正常。超声所见:于右乳房外上限区近乳头探及一大约9.7cm×5.6cm低回声肿块,形态不规则,内部回声不均匀,内见索条状强回声,边界尚清,后方无超声衰减现象,
Patient, male, 85 years old. A painless mass was found on the right side of the breast for 10 years. At that time, the size and activity of the pigeon eggs were good. A local resection of the right breast mass was performed at the local hospital five years ago. No postoperative pathological examination was performed.
