随着课程改革的深入进行,教师们越来越感觉到出现的问题多了,解决起来也越来越棘手,总感觉到有些力不从心,其实这是课程改革推进过程中的正常现象。因为随着知识的更新,凭原有的经验积累已远远不能满足课程改革快速推进的需要了。为此,灵武市教研室积极寻求应对策略,解决教师教学中出现的问题,进一步推进课程改革向纵深发展。
