疑为内淋巴积水病人常用口服高渗物质作听觉脱水试验。但甘油试验带有一些副作用,由于脑脊液压力降低,病人感觉头痛,有时伴恶心、腹泻、呕吐、头晕和多尿,因此现在正研究其他的脱水试验方法,如速尿、甘露醇、乙醇、山梨醇和尿素等。本文报告300例拟诊美尼尔氏病者分别应用甘油和尿素的经验。212例用甘油,88例用尿素,由于呕吐,有8例未能完成甘油试验,故甘油试验实仅204例。两种
