维修实例343故障现象：某品牌的100型三轮摩托车，投入使用不久，有用户来维修站反映：该车蓄电池经常处于亏电装态，导致电起动装置不能有力的拖动发动机起动，只有使用充电机给蓄电池补充充电后，电起动装置才能够正常使用。由于蓄电池经常处于亏电状态，只能靠使用手拉起动装置起动发动机。
