目的分析临床药师对临床不合理用药的药学干预作用。方法选取本院2015年1月至2016年1月收治的门诊或住院部患者160例作为研究对象,随机分成两组:对照组和实验组,两组各80例。对照组患者未实施药学干预,实验组患者实施药学干预,对两组患者临床不合理用药情况进行分析。结果实验组患者药品使用量不合理、药品使用方法不合理、缺少疾病专项治疗药品、重复用药、使用药物与患者病情不符的发生率低于对照组,两组比较差异显著(p<0.05)。结论临床药师针对临床不合理用药情况实施药学干预之后,能够有效降低临床不合理用药的情况,严格规范了临床药师的用药行为,有效提高了医院治疗的质量和安全性。
Objective To analyze the pharmacological intervention of clinical pharmacists on clinical irrational drug use. Methods A total of 160 outpatients or inpatients admitted from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group and experimental group, 80 cases in each group. The control group patients did not implement the pharmaceutical intervention, the experimental group of patients with the implementation of pharmaceutical interventions, the two groups of patients with clinical irrational drug use analysis. Results The experimental group patients with unreasonable use of drugs, the use of drugs unreasonable, the lack of disease-specific drugs, repeated medication, the use of drugs and patients with the incidence of illness is lower than the control group, the difference was significant between the two groups (p <0.05). Conclusion The clinical pharmacists can effectively reduce the unreasonable use of medicines after the pharmaceutical interventions on unreasonable drug abuse and strictly regulate the medication behavior of clinical pharmacists and effectively improve the quality and safety of hospital treatment.
