厚钢板经瞬时淬火处理后可获得表层有高硬度和耐磨性,而心部有足够塑性和韧性的厚向性能差异化钢板。为实现厚钢板瞬时淬火淬硬层深度预测,在电源频率、电源输出功率、高温层深度(温度超过该钢种的Ac3)、加热时间、钢板移动速度之间建立一种计算模型,并采用Visual C++编写计算程序。本文将高温层深度作为淬硬层深度的预测值,对比淬硬层深度的预测值与实测值,结果表明:其差值均在±0.3 mm以内。该计算模型为厚钢板瞬时淬火淬硬层深度预测提供了理论依据。
After the instantaneous quenching of thick steel plate obtained by the surface layer of high hardness and wear resistance, while the heart has sufficient plasticity and toughness of the thickness of the difference between the performance of steel. In order to predict the depth of instant quench hardened layer, a calculation model was set up between power frequency, power output power, depth of the high temperature layer (Ac3 exceeding the steel grade), heating time and the moving speed of the steel plate, C ++ write calculation program. In this paper, the predicted value of the depth of the hardened layer is taken as the predicted value of the hardened layer depth. The predicted value and the measured value of the hardened layer depth are compared. The results show that the difference is within ± 0.3 mm. The calculation model provides a theoretical basis for the depth prediction of instant quench hardened layer in thick steel plate.
