The Publications Department of the CPC Central Committee Propaganda Department, Publicity Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security, the National Women’s Federation Propaganda Department jointly edited “Ren Changxia” and “Eternal Caixia” two books, in June 2004 have been published by the masses press. The publication of “Ren Changxia” and “Eternal Cai Xia” is a vivid example of carrying out the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the CPC and the important thinking of the ’Three Represents.’ It is also a true reflection of the effect that the guideline of “public security for the public and law enforcement for the people” means on the public security front. From one aspect, it provides fresh experiences for consolidating the ruling position of the Communist Party and for preserving the vigorous development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.
