目的:建立紫河车配方颗粒中腺苷的含量测定方法。方法:色谱柱为HangBang C18 (200*4.6mm5μm);流动相为磷酸盐缓冲溶液(pH 6.5)[取0.01mol/L磷酸二氢钠 68.5ml与0.01mol/L磷酸氢二钠31.5ml,混合(pH 6.5)]-甲醇(85:15);检测波长260nm:流速1.0ml/min;柱温30℃。结果:腺苷的检测浓度线性范围为0.123~ 0.612ug(r=0.9997),RSD=2.04%(n=5);平均加样回收率为98.59%,RSD= 1.77%(n=6)。结论:本法简便、快捷、准确、可用于紫河车配方颗粒的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a method for determining the content of adenosine in the formula particles of Placenta. Method: The column was HangBang C18 (200*4.6mm5μm); the mobile phase was phosphate buffer (pH 6.5) [take 0.01mol/L sodium dihydrogen phosphate 68.5ml and 0.01mol/L hydrogen phosphate Disodium 31.5 ml, mixed (pH 6.5)]-methanol (85:15); detection wavelength 260 nm: flow rate 1.0 ml/min; column temperature 30°C. Results: The linear range of detection concentration of adenosine was 0.123~0.612ug(r=0.9997), RSD=2.04%(n=5); the average recovery rate was 98.59%, RSD= 1.77% (n=6). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, accurate, and can be used to determine the content of the formula particles of the Formula.
