6月15日,中共中央发出了《关于在全党兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想新高潮的通知》(中发[2003]8号),并明确要求各级党委把组织好学习作为首要政治任务。7月1日,胡锦涛总书记在“三个代表”重要思想理论研讨会上发表重要讲话,深刻阐明了兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想新高潮的重大意义和基本要求,向全党发出了号召。为贯彻落实中央《通知》和胡锦涛总书记重要讲话精神,迅速在全省兴起学习贯彻“三个代表”重要思想新高潮,提出以下实施意见。
