普通中小学教育之所以普通,是因为只要求学生要接受一般的基础知识教育。音乐教育也不例外。学生的音乐欣赏水平、鉴赏能力、技能技巧都处在初级阶段,还需要教师循循善诱、耐心辅导、给予关怀和积极的鼓励。但在实际操作中,有这样的施教者,忘记了学生的年龄,也遗忘了自己处在同一年龄的音乐能力是怎么样的,潜意识里总是认为学生这也不能,那也不行,对学生的学习有不恰当的评价和过高的要求。一个学期下来,学生适应不了,学习的动力逐渐消退。
