在讨论液压控制元件动态性能测试几种方案的基础上,提出了液压控制元件动态性能在线测试的原理,并利用DSP构成了液压控制元件动态性能测试系统.通过对液压控制元件输入、输出信号的实时分析、处理,实现了液压控制元件频率特性的在线测试和数学模型的辨识.实验结果表明,该测试系统可以在不影响液压控制元件正常工作的前提下,实现实时在线测试.
On the basis of discussing several schemes of the dynamic performance test of the hydraulic control element, the principle of on-line testing of the dynamic performance of the hydraulic control element is put forward and the dynamic performance test system of the hydraulic control element is constituted by using the DSP. Through the real-time analysis and processing of the input and output signals of the hydraulic control element, the on-line testing of the frequency characteristics of the hydraulic control element and the identification of the mathematical model are realized. The experimental results show that the test system can realize real-time on-line testing without affecting the normal operation of hydraulic control components.
