中国成人教育协会于1987年4月23日至25日在北京召开了常务理事会扩大会议。出席会议的有该会常务理事,中央有关部门的同志,各省、自治区、直辖市负责成人教育工作的同志共五十五人。中国成人教育协会会长臧伯平同志在会上作了工作报告,副会长温克敏同志、秘书长姚仲达同志作了会议总结发言。国家教委副主任何东昌、邹时炎同志到会看望了代表并讲了话。会议总结了各地协会几年来的工作,交流了经验,明确了协会组织的性质、任务和今后的工作重点,讨论和修改了协会的几个文件,安排了协会1987年的工作。下面摘发臧伯平同志的工作报告及何东昌、邹时炎同志的讲话。
China Association of Adult Education held an enlarged meeting of the Standing Council in Beijing from April 23 to April 25, 1987. A total of 55 comrades in charge of adult education work in all provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government attended the meeting. Comrade Zang Boping, president of China Association of Adult Education, made a working report at the meeting. Vice-chairman Comrade Wen Kemin and Secretary-General Yao Zhongda made concluding remarks. He Dongchang, deputy director of the State Education Commission Comrade Zou Shiyan met with the delegate and made a remark. The meeting summed up the work done by associations all over the country over the past few years, exchanged experiences, clarified the nature, tasks and priorities of the association, discussed and revised several documents of the association, and arranged the association’s work in 1987. The following is a summary of Comrade Zang Baoping’s work report and Comrade Ho Dong-chang and Zou Shiyan’s speech.
