建立和完善了燃烧室出口测温热电偶接点的换热模型 ,发展了热电偶测温辐射误差、导热误差的修正计算方法。在此基础上 ,分析了热电偶几何参数对辐射误差、导热误差的影响规律。结果表明 :热电偶接点大小、偶丝的粗细以及偶丝的长度等几何参数对辐射误差和导热误差具有显著影响 ,设计热电偶时可根据具体的使用环境对这些参数进行优化选取。
The heat transfer model of the thermocouple junction at the outlet of the combustion chamber was established and perfected, and the correction calculation method of the radiation error and thermal conductivity error of the thermocouple was developed. On this basis, the influence of geometric parameters of thermocouples on radiation error and thermal error is analyzed. The results show that the geometric parameters such as the size of the thermocouple, the thickness of the thermocouple, the length of the couple, and the length of the thermocouple have a significant influence on the radiation error and the thermal conductivity error. These parameters can be optimally selected according to the specific operating environment when designing the thermocouple.
