《2006-2010年全国干部教育培训规划》出台以来,全国各地组织人事部门为落实“十一五”时期中央“大规模培训干部,大幅度提高干部素质”这一战略任务,结合网络时代特征,走出了一条利用网络开展干部教育的模式创新之路,并在实践中取得了一定的成效。文章在对当前国内几家干部在线教育初具规模的省市进行对比研究的基础上,认真分析了厦门市干部在线教育的现状,从干部在线教育的地位、组织架构、发展规划、课件质量、奖惩制度、管理功能等方面进行了对策性思考。

From the perspectives of cadres’ online education status, organizational structure, development planning, courseware quality, Reward and punishment system, management functions and other aspects of the countermeasure thinking.
