本文着重讨论了采用滑阀重叠以消除由于油压波动而引起的汽轮机负荷波动问题。由于重叠引入将降低系统的动静态品质并可能导致不良的副作用,作者通过模拟试验、解析分析和数字仿真研究了滑阀重叠引入后对系统的影响,并给出了系统的绝对收敛条件,这将减少滑阀重叠度设计时的盲目性,并为设计提供了一定的理论和试验依据。
This article focuses on the use of spool overlap to eliminate fluctuations in turbine load due to oil pressure fluctuations. Since the introduction of overlap will reduce the dynamic and static quality of the system and may lead to undesirable side effects, the author studies the system’s influence on the system through the overlap test of the slide valve through the simulation test, analytical analysis and numerical simulation, and gives the absolute convergence condition of the system. Will reduce the blindness of the design of the overlap degree of the slide valve and provide some theoretical and experimental basis for the design.
