变形铝合金半制品的组织是由固溶体(合金基体)晶粒和分布在固溶体中的过剩相组成。过剩相的成分、体积百分数、形状和它们在合金中的分布均取决于合金成分和制取半制品的工艺。在光学显微镜下可见到的组织是具有晶格取向不同的铝基固溶体晶粒之间的晶界,以及固溶体与过剩相之间的边界,它们通常都可以用化学浸蚀法显示出来。
The deformation of the aluminum alloy semi-product organization is composed of solid solution (alloy matrix) grains and distributed in solid solution in the excess phase. The composition, volume percentage, shape and their distribution in the alloy of the excess phase depend on the composition of the alloy and the process used to make the semi-finished product. The microstructure that can be seen under a light microscope is the grain boundaries between aluminum-based solid solution grains with different lattice orientations and the boundary between the solid solution and the excess phase, which are usually shown by chemical etching.
