目的研究端粒酶在胃癌组织中的表达情况及胃癌患者血清中癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原(CA)-724水平,探讨三者在胃癌中的表达相关关系。方法采用免疫组织化学的方法检测端粒酶活性在70例胃癌组织中的表达及采用微粒子化学发光免疫法检测胃癌患者血清中CEA、CA-724水平,对照比较三者的相互关系进行综合分析。结果胃癌组织端粒酶阳性表达分别为41例(58%);血清中CEA、CA-724阳性水平分别为59例(84%)、47例(67%)。经Spearman秩相关分析,端粒酶胃癌组织的表达与CEA、CA-724两两比较呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论端粒酶在胃癌组织中存在着过表达,在评估胃癌的发生发展中及鉴别良性胃疾病有一定的临床价值。端粒酶联合血清CEA、CA-724水平检测在胃癌组织中的表达呈正相关性,三者在胃癌的发生发展中起协同作用。
Objective To study the expression of telomerase in gastric cancer tissues and the levels of carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) and carbohydrate antigen (CA)-724 in serum of patients with gastric cancer, and to explore the relationship among the expression of telomerase in gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of telomerase activity in 70 cases of gastric cancer tissues. The levels of CEA and CA-724 in serum of gastric cancer patients were detected by microparticle chemiluminescence immunoassay. The correlation between the three were compared and analyzed. Results The positive expression of telomerase in gastric cancer tissue was 41 cases (58%), and the positive levels of CEA and CA-724 in serum were 59 cases (84%) and 47 cases (67%). According to the Spearman rank correlation analysis, the expression of telomerase in gastric cancer tissues was positively correlated with CEA and CA-724 (P<0.05). Conclusion There is an overexpression of telomerase in gastric cancer tissues. It has certain clinical value in evaluating the occurrence and development of gastric cancer and differentiating benign gastric disease. There was a positive correlation between the expression of telomerase and serum CEA, CA-724 levels in gastric cancer tissues, and the three had a synergistic effect in the development of gastric cancer.
