在推动社会主义文化艺术事业大发展大繁荣的进程中,文化艺术工作的重要性将会日益凸显,其工作的规范性、规律性与经验性的总结,及其理论的提升与文字书面表达等方面的重要任务也随之被提上了议事日程。与此相适应,迫切需要艺术秘书人才担当此任。艺术秘书人才是文化艺术事业大发展大繁荣的需要,其在文化艺术单位和文化艺术系统各级领导机构的各项工作的规范化建设、业务活动及行政管理等方面将会日益起着重要的作用。因此,在我国高等院校开设艺术秘书专业显得尤为必要。
