2008年美国儿童健康与人类发展研究院、美国妇产科医师学会(ACOG)和母胎医学学会联合举办了专题研讨会,更新了电子胎心监护的定义、图形判读,并给予研究方向的指导。本文重点就胎心率和宫缩的描述和命名以及三种类型胎心率图形的判定及临床意义等进行解读旨在正确指导临床实践。
In 2008, the United States Institute of Child Health and Human Development, the American Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) and the Maternal-fetal Medical Society jointly organized a symposium to update the definition and interpretation of electronic fetal heart monitoring and give guidance on research directions. This article focuses on the description and naming of fetal heart rate and contractions as well as three types of fetal heart rate graph determination and clinical significance of interpretation to correctly guide clinical practice.
