前言我厂产品中有部分3毫米厚的不锈钢制容器,焊缝质量要求较高,尤其是对焊缝内表面要求成形均匀、光洁,不允许有未焊透、焊瘤等缺陷。因结构所限,不能在反面施焊,故必须采用单面焊双面成形的焊接工艺。等离子焊接是一种较新的焊接技术,一次焊接可获得双面成形,生产率高,坡口准备简单,焊接质量好,能满足上述产品的焊接要求。我们经过多次试验,基本上掌握了不锈钢薄板的等离子焊接工艺,生产实践证明,效果良好。现将我们的试验工作介绍如下。
Preface Some of the products in our factory are made of stainless steel containers with a thickness of 3 mm. The quality of the weld is high. In particular, the inner surface of the weld is required to be formed uniformly and smoothly without defects such as incomplete penetration and welding. Due to the structure, can not be the opposite side of the welding, it must be used single-sided welding double-sided welding process. Plasma welding is a relatively new welding technology, a double-sided welding can be obtained, high productivity, easy preparation groove, welding quality, to meet the welding requirements of the above products. After many tests, we basically mastered the plasma welding process of stainless steel sheet, the production practice has proved that the effect is good. Now our experimental work is as follows.
