恩格斯指出:“每一时代的理论思维,以及我们时代的理论思维,都是一种历史的产物,在不同时代具有非常不同的形式,并因而具有非常不同的内容”。(《马恩全集》第20卷,第382页)当今世界,由于科学技术的迅猛发展,给世界的经济、政治、思想、文化等各个领域带来了不同以往任何时期的巨大变化和特点。我国改革、开放的进一步深化,也使我们面临着一系列崭新问题。要能跟上时代的步伐而不被淘汰,跟上改革的发展而不落伍,对女性领导来讲,首先要抛弃落后的,不能正确反映和把握现实的思维方式,建立和形成适应时代发展的现代化的科学思维方式。
