北京网通公司工会历来重视员工的技能培训工作。面临上市后的严峻形势,网通公司工会结合“宽带奥运”的战略目标,积极贯彻公司“提高效益、提高效率、提升服务水平”的总体要求,以提升公司宽带接入维护实力和服务质量,提高宽带接入维护人员专业技能,降低客户投诉率为切入点,组织开展了宽带接入维护技能专项竞赛。
Beijing Netcom trade unions have always attached importance to staff skills training. Faced with the harsh situation after listing, Netcom unions actively implement the overall requirements of “improving efficiency, improving efficiency and improving service level” in line with the strategic goal of “Broadband Olympics” so as to enhance the Company’s broadband access maintenance capability and service quality and enhance Broadband access maintenance personnel expertise, reduce customer complaints rate as the starting point, organized a broadband access maintenance skills competitions.
