About a few years later, a large number of pirated video tapes (mainly VCDs) from European and American films (mainly the United States) flooded the mainland. We were just like finding a new world, ecstatic. I remember when a cinema attached to the screening hall dedicated to the United States some of the more new films, and hit “Oscar series ” signs. At night we ride a bike for more than 20 minutes to see, after reading more than 10 points, and then spend 20 minutes riding back to school, sometimes skipping classes to see the afternoon. There will be some very boring films, but there are really some good things: Of course it is not necessarily so impressive now. There are so many things to see now that our lives have become more and more hasty, and people have become mechanically slow and seldom have the time and the mood to sink into the virtual world of emotions. At that time, when people were still thinking of romance, people were young and not yet finalized, there seemed to be infinite possibilities: life worth mentioning, emotion worth mentioning. It was imaginable then
