基于正交试验分析方法研究了电子束焊接2A14高强铝合金时不同的电子束扫描参数(扫描图形、图形尺寸、焦点位置和扫描频率)与焊接速度对焊缝形貌(熔深和熔宽)的影响。发现获得最大熔深的电子束扫描参数组合为:扫描图形为直线,扫描图形尺寸为0.3 mm×0.15 mm,束流焊接时的焦点位置为0 m A的聚焦焊接,扫描频率1500 Hz,焊接速度为1000 mm/min。分析结果表明:考核指标中的焊缝熔深对于焊接参数的变化比焊缝宽度更为敏感,变化更大;焊接焦点位置和焊接速度对焊缝形貌的影响最为显著。
The effects of different electron beam scanning parameters (scanning pattern, pattern size, focal position and scanning frequency) and welding speed on the weld morphology (penetration depth and weld width) were studied based on orthogonal test analysis method.
