新课程改革强调以人为本,以人的发展为本。新的课程理念呼唤构建新的学校管理体系。现行学校管理目标、管理方式、评价方法、管理结果等方面与新课改理念有诸多矛盾。学校管理者特别是校长必须正确认识新课程给学校管理带来的巨大变化,并通过管理创新来应对变化,改变旧的管理模式,确立新的学校观和管理观,在队伍建设、教育教学研究氛围的营造,对师生评价等方面进行管理理念和管理制度的重建,构建以学生发展为本,有效推进素质教育的新的学校管理体系。
The new curriculum reform emphasizes people-oriented and people-centered development. The new curriculum concept calls for building a new school management system. The current school management objectives, management methods, evaluation methods, management results and other aspects of the new curriculum reform have many contradictions.
