目的:针对流程管理对提升血液透析室护理质量的作用进行分析研究。方法:随机选择2013年12月~2015年2月期间,鄞州人民医院收治的需要进行血液透析的患者120例,作为研究的对象,在血液透析室实施流程管理,针对流程管理实施前后患者的护理风险事件的发生情况与实施前后的护理满意度等指标进行观察分析。结果:在研究中,实施流程管理之前,血液透析室的护理风险事件的发生率为35.00%,实施流程管理之后血液透析室的护理风险事件发生率为3.33%,经统计学比较,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。在实施流程管理之前血液透析室的护理满意度为84.17%,实施流程管理之后,血液透析室的护理满意度为97.50%,经统计学比较,P<0.05,具有统计学意义。结论:在血液透析室的护理工作中,实施流程管理护理,可以降低护理风险事件的发生,减少护理风险因素,并提高护理满意度。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze and study the role of process management in improving hemodialysis room nursing quality. Methods: From December 2013 to February 2015, 120 cases of hemodialysis patients admitted to Yinzhou People’s Hospital were randomly selected, and the patients were treated in the hemodialysis room for the study, and the patients’ care before and after the implementation of the process management The occurrence of risk events and nursing satisfaction before and after the implementation of indicators such as observation and analysis. Results: Before the implementation of the process management, the occurrence rate of nursing risk events in the hemodialysis room was 35.00%, and the incidence of nursing risk events in the hemodialysis room after the implementation of the process management was 3.33%. After statistical comparison, P <0.05 ,has statistical significane. The nursing satisfaction of the hemodialysis room was 84.17% before the implementation of the process management. After the implementation of the process management, the nursing satisfaction of the hemodialysis room was 97.50%. After statistical comparison, P <0.05 was statistically significant. Conclusion: In the nursing work of hemodialysis room, the implementation of process management nursing can reduce the incidence of nursing risk events, reduce nursing risk factors and improve nursing satisfaction.
