在党中央提出“深化改革”的正确方针指导下湖北省麻城市工业系统的全体职工,经过1981年至1991年十年的艰苦奋斗,取得了惊人的经济效益,利税总额由72万元上升到1683万元,增长了23.25倍,翻了四番还转个弯。取得上述经济效益的主要原因是: 一、大力进行技术改造,走挖掘内部潜力的道路。 在“六五”、“七五”期间,各厂投资于引进国内外四新技术方面约3,000万元。如:汽门厂于“七五”期末引进美国加工汽门的新设备1100余万元,对提高产量、保证质量,产品进入国际市场打下了基础。
Under the guidance of the Party Central Committee’s correct policy of “deepening reforms,” all employees of the Macheng industrial system in Hubei province achieved astounding economic benefits after arduous struggles from 1981 to 1991. The total profits and taxes rose from 720,000 yuan to 16.83 million yuan, an increase of 23.25 times, a four-fold turn. The main reasons for obtaining the above economic benefits are as follows: First, vigorously carry out technological transformation and take the road to tap the internal potential. During the “6th Five-Year Plan” and “Seventh Five-Year Plan” period, each factory invested approximately RMB 30 million in the introduction of new technologies at home and abroad. For example, at the end of the “July 5th” period, the steam valve plant introduced more than 11 million yuan of new equipment for processing steam valves in the United States. This has laid a foundation for increasing production and ensuring quality, and products entering the international market.
