2014年1月,中共中央本着与时俱进、改革创新的精神,重新修订并颁布了《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》(以下简称新《条例》),与2002年7月颁布实施的《老条例》相比,虽一脉相承,但其程序性规定更加严明,原则性要求更加具体。笔者在某大型国有企业集团公司从事干部考察管理工作,结合企业性质等背景特点,分析探讨企业引用新《条例》在贯彻执行干部选拔任用工作中,需要面临和解决的若干问题。
