本文采用水热法合成了MnxZn1 xO晶体 ,水热反应条件为 3mol·L-1KOH作为矿化剂 ,填充度为 35 % ,温度为4 30℃ ,在Zn(OH) 2 中添加一定量的MnO2 为前驱物 ,反应时间为 2 4h。通过X射线能谱仪测量了晶体中的Mn含量 ,随着前驱物中MnO2 含量的增加 ,晶体中Mn的原子百分比随着增加 ,Mn最大原子百分比含量超过了 2 % ,晶体的形貌具有纯ZnO晶体的六角柱形特征。显露柱面m{ 10 10 }、锥面p{ 10 11}、负极面O面 { 0 0 0 1}和正极面 { 0 0 0 1}。晶体直径为 5 0~ 2 0 0 μm ,高度为 2 0~ 10 0 μm。
In this paper, MnxZn1 xO crystals were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The hydrothermal reaction conditions were as follows: 3mol·L-1 KOH as mineralizer, filling degree 35%, temperature 430 ℃. Adding a certain amount of MnO2 into Zn (OH) 2 For the precursor, the reaction time was 24 h. The content of Mn in the crystal was measured by X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy. As the content of MnO2 in the precursor increased, the atomic percentage of Mn in the crystal increased with the increase of the maximum atomic percentage of Mn exceeding 2%. The morphology of the crystal was pure Hexagonal Cylindrical Features of ZnO Crystals. The cylinder m {10 10}, the cone p {10 11}, the negative surface O {0 0 0 1} and the positive surface {0 0 0 1} were revealed. Crystal diameter of 50 ~ 200 μm, height of 20 ~ 10 0 μm.
